Wayne's fascination with performance began on a wrestling mat. As a former five time amateur wrestling champion, he learned that success wasn't determined solely by strength, technique, or hours of practice. The athletes who won weren't necessarily more talented - they had already seen the win, felt it, and believed it. Their minds decided the outcome before the match even started.
Driven to understand performance at its source, Wayne became a hypnotist and spent endless hours studying how focus, suggestion, identity and automatic responses shape human behaviour. He discovered that the same principles elite athletes use to win can be applied in business and everyday life to boost performance.
Today, Wayne blends neuroscience, psychology and hypnosis demonstrations into an unforgettable experience that is equal parts entertaining and transformational.
